Contract Conclusion and Order Process
The presentation of goods, especially on the Internet, does not yet constitute a binding offer from the seller.
By clicking the "Add to cart" button, the selected items are placed in the shopping cart. The final step "Checkout" starts the ordering process. At the end of the ordering process, a summary of the order and contract data appears. Only after confirming this order and contract data by clicking the "Buy now" button do you submit a binding offer for the purchase of the goods contained in the shopping cart.
A contract is only concluded upon written order confirmation by the seller.
After receipt of the order, the order confirmation and invoice will be sent to the customer by email on the same day.
Technical Correction Options
All entries made are displayed in a confirmation window before clicking the order button and can be corrected by the customer there before concluding the contract by clicking the "change" button.
Contract Language
The contract language is German.
Storage of the Contract Text
The contract text of the respective contract concluded between the seller and the customer is stored by the seller. The contract text is stored on the seller's internal systems. The customer can view the General Terms and Conditions on this page at any time. The order data, the cancellation policy, and the GTC are sent to the customer by email. After the order is completed, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Details on your right of withdrawal can be found under "Imprint, GTC & Returns".
You bear the costs of returning the goods.
Warranty Law
The buyer is entitled to a statutory warranty right. Deviating regulations can be found in our GTC.
Payment
You can choose to pay by bank transfer/advance payment, PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
If you select bank transfer/advance payment, we will provide you with our bank details on the order completion page and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Delivery
Deliveries are made within the Federal Republic of Germany, including the North and Baltic Sea islands, as well as to the EU. Deliveries to non-EU countries are only made upon request.
All offered items are ready for immediate dispatch, unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description. Delivery times can be viewed here.
The stated delivery times begin, for payment by advance payment, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution, for payment by PayPal, on the day after the payment instruction, and for payment by cash on delivery, upon dispatch of the order. The delivery periods end on the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs, especially packaging, transport costs, and deliveries, are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed. An overview of the shipping costs can be viewed here.
If delivery is made to non-EU countries, further customs duties, taxes, or fees may have to be paid by the customer, not to the provider, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to inquire about the details with the customs or tax authorities before ordering.

General Terms and Conditions
Contract Basis
All contracts concluded by the customer (consumer or entrepreneur) with the seller are exclusively based on these GTC. The customer expressly acknowledges these with their order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Delivery Conditions
If the seller incurs additional shipping costs due to the provision of an incorrect delivery address or recipient, these costs must be reimbursed by the customer, unless the customer is not responsible for the incorrect information.
3. Payment Conditions
3.1 The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
3.2 In case of default of payment, the customer is obliged to pay default interest to the seller at a rate of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate if they are a consumer (§ 13 BGB). If the customer is an entrepreneur (§ 14 BGB), the default interest rate is 8 percentage points above the base interest rate.
3.3 Irrespective of 3.2, the seller remains entitled to prove higher default damages as well as other damages.
4. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
5. Warranty
5.1 With regard to the warranty, the statutory provisions apply, unless otherwise agreed in 5.2 – 5.3.
5.2 The limitation period for claims arising from liability for defects is 24 months and begins with the handover of the purchased item to the customer. If the customer is an entrepreneur (§ 14 BGB), the limitation period is 12 months from the handover of the item.
5.3 For merchants, the legal provisions, inspection and complaint obligations according to the HGB (German Commercial Code) apply.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers.
6.2 The customer must carefully pack the goods for return.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The seller is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct, with the exception of injury to life, body, and health and the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
This also applies to indirect consequential damages such as lost profits in particular.
An essential contractual obligation is one whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner regularly relies and may rely.
7.2 Liability, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct or damages resulting from injury to life, body, and health and the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), is limited to damages typically foreseeable at the time of contract conclusion and, in terms of amount, to the average damages typical for the contract. This also applies to indirect consequential damages such as lost profits in particular.
7.3 The limitation of liability in paragraphs 1 and 2 applies mutatis mutandis also in favor of the seller's employees and vicarious agents.
7.4 Claims for liability based on the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
8. Final Provisions
8.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory provisions of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
8.2 The place of performance is the seller's registered office, provided the customer is a merchant.
8.3 If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, or relocates their domicile abroad after the contract is concluded, or their domicile is unknown at the time the lawsuit is filed, the place of jurisdiction is the seller's registered office.
8.4 Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or contradict statutory regulations, the remaining provisions of the contract shall not be affected thereby.
Note according to § 36 para. 1 no. 1 VSBG
We are generally not willing or obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
