Warm berries topped with crumbles that are not only crunchy but also wonderfully buttery-fudgy on the inside. This recipe can be varied as desired, and instead of blackberries, you can simply use apples, blueberries, or even fresh mango.

Recipe for Blackberry Coconut Crumble

Ingredients

Coconut Crumble for 1 serving

  • 20g almond flour
  • 40g ground almonds
  • 20g shredded coconut
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp light almond butter
  • 40g quark 20% fat
  • 20g erythritol
  • GreatVita Vanilla Drops

 

  • 125g blackberries
  • 20g shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Wash the blackberries and place them in an oven-safe dish.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the coconut crumble until a crumbly and moldable mixture forms.
  3. Form small crumbles, cover the blackberries with them, and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  4. Bake the crumble for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (cover with aluminum foil halfway through baking).
  5. Let cool briefly and ideally enjoy warm.
