Recipe for Blackberry Cinnamon Fig Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh figs
  • 125g blackberries
  • 1 banana
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 250ml oat milk
  • 20g almond flour
  • 20g organic light almond butter
  • 1 tsp organic chia seeds
  • 1 tsp organic Ceylon cinnamon powder

Preparation:

  1. Wash and dice the fruits, then place them in a blender. Add ground almond flour, almond butter, and cinnamon. If you like it extra sweet, add some maple syrup. Finally, pour in the oat milk and blend everything until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy.
