Fruity Breakfast Ideas with Freeze-Dried Strawberries

Freeze-dried strawberries are practical, long-lasting and intensely aromatic – ideal for a fruity breakfast without much effort. Whether muesli, porridge or smoothie bowls, they bring color, taste and texture to every meal.

Idea 1: Strawberry Chia Porridge

Ingredients (1 serving):

Preparation:

  1. Mix oats, chia seeds and milk.

  2. Bring to a quick boil or let soak overnight.

  3. Stir in strawberries before serving.

Tip: For more protein, stir in collagen powder.

Idea 2: Smoothie Bowl with Strawberries

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 banana or avocado for creaminess

  • 100 g berry mix (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 150 ml liquid (water, milk, plant-based drink)

  • 1–2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries as topping

Preparation:
