Recipe for Pomegranate Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp organic chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ tsp cardamom (ground)
  • 300 ml almond milk

Preparation:

  1. Stir the chia seeds together with the almond milk and cardamom powder in a bowl. Let the seeds swell for 10 minutes and stir again.
  2. Pour into small bowls and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Finally, let it chill in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
