Make yourself and your family a vitamin bomb. This healthy fruit tea simply tastes good and is a real treat, especially in the cold season.

Recipe for fruity rosehip vitamin tea

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp organic rosehip powder
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 apple
  • Optionally, Ceylon cinnamon powder

Preparation:

  1. Peel the apple and cut it into pieces. Bring to a boil together with the water and rosehip powder.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the rosehip tea and let it cool down to drinking temperature.

Tip:

If desired, season with a little Ceylon cinnamon powder at the end.
