Start your day right! This delicious hemp seed porridge is quickly prepared with the right ingredients. Ideal for athletes and a low carb diet.

Recipe for Hemp Seed Low Carb Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml oat milk
  • 8 tbsp organic hulled hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp organic golden flaxseed meal
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • A handful of blueberries (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Put all ingredients (except the maple syrup and blueberries) in a saucepan and bring to a quick boil.
  2. Simmer the porridge over medium heat until a thick consistency forms.
  3. Sweeten with maple syrup and garnish with blueberries to your liking.
