Keto Chicken Stir-Fry with Broccoli & MCT Oil

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

2 chicken breast fillets (approx. 150–180 g each)

1 tbsp Organic MCT Oil (60% caprylic acid & 40% capric acid)

1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil

1 small broccoli, cut into florets
-
100 ml coconut milk (unsweetened, creamy)

1 tsp Organic Turmeric Powder
-
1 tsp Sweet Paprika Powder
-
1 pinch Pink Crystal Salt
-
Freshly ground pepper
-
Optional: 1 tsp Organic Maca Powder (adds a slightly nutty note & energy)

Optional: A little lemon juice or fresh herbs (e.g. coriander or parsley)
Preparation

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the coconut oil in a pan, brown the chicken until golden.

Add broccoli florets and sauté briefly (3–4 minutes).

Deglaze with coconut milk and add all spices and optional maca.

Simmer gently for about 10 minutes until the broccoli is al dente.

Finally, stir in the MCT oil (do not cook with it, so that the fatty acids are retained).

Season with fresh herbs and lemon juice – done!
