This low-carb yogurt with psyllium tastes simply delicious. You know what's in it! Start your day with this yogurt. Ideal for a light breakfast or after a workout.

Recipe for Low Carb Yogurt with Psyllium

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tsp organic psyllium husks
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp organic golden flaxseed meal
  • 70 g Greek yogurt / vegan yogurt
  • Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Optionally fresh mint leaves

Preparation:

  1. Let the psyllium husks and chia seeds swell with water overnight / or for at least two hours
  2. Mix the yogurt with the soaked seeds and the golden flaxseed meal
  3. Arrange with blueberries and blackberries and pour into a small bowl
  4. Finally, garnish with fresh mint leaves
