Recipe for Chocolate Pear Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:

- 250g pear
- 40g dried banana chips
- 1 avocado
- 250g quark 20% fat
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 40g hazelnut butter
- 1 tsp hulled hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp barley grass powder
- 1 pinch crystal salt
Topping Ingredients
- 20g hazelnut butter
- 20g hulled hemp seeds
- 20g nuts & seeds (e.g. walnuts/almonds/pecans/pumpkin seeds)
- 150g pear
Preparation:
- Wash and dice the pear, then place it in a blender. Add banana, quark, yogurt, cocoa powder, hazelnut butter, and salt, then blend until smooth. If you prefer a looser consistency, you can add another 150g of yogurt.
- Divide the smoothie into two bowls, spread hazelnut butter over the smoothie, sprinkle the remaining toppings over it, and enjoy.
