Recipe for Chocolate Pear Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

Bowl Ingredients

  • 250g pear
  • 40g dried banana chips
  • 1 avocado
  • 250g quark 20% fat
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 40g hazelnut butter
  • 1 tsp hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp barley grass powder
  • 1 pinch crystal salt

Topping Ingredients

  • 20g hazelnut butter
  • 20g hulled hemp seeds
  • 20g nuts & seeds (e.g. walnuts/almonds/pecans/pumpkin seeds)
  • 150g pear

Preparation:

  1. Wash and dice the pear, then place it in a blender. Add banana, quark, yogurt, cocoa powder, hazelnut butter, and salt, then blend until smooth. If you prefer a looser consistency, you can add another 150g of yogurt.
  2. Divide the smoothie into two bowls, spread hazelnut butter over the smoothie, sprinkle the remaining toppings over it, and enjoy.
