Recipe for Cashew Cream Cheesecake with Blueberries

Ingredients

Cheesecake Cream

  • 250g Philadelphia Greek Style
  • 200g Exquisa Fitline
  • 15g Cornstarch
  • 25g Cashew Butter
  • 10g Chunky Flavour Vanilla Dream

Toppings

  • 20g Blueberry Jam
  • 15g Cashew Butter
  • 15g Cashew Nuts

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients for the cheesecake cream and put them into an oven-safe bowl.
  2. Bake for 40 min. at 140°C.
  3. Turn off the oven, let the cheesecake cool in the oven, and then place it in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. The cheesecake will set in the refrigerator and become wonderfully creamy – Ciao!
